"Rachel Ann actually SAVED our wedding. I have never written a review before, but my experience with Floral Vistas was nothing short of miraculous! Unlucky DIY bride that I was, my online floral delivery order hit a snag and NONE of the flowers were delivered as expected. Here we are, 40 hours before the wedding, and I was in MASSIVE panic mode. (Whoever heard of a wedding without flowers..??!) My fiancee and I rushed to Floral Vistas half an hour before closing on Thursday evening and BOY, did we luck out. Rachel Ann came to our rescue! She stayed open late, she got our order of exactly what we needed, helped us with the greenery that had been sold to us by someone else, offered to drive to San Antonio or Austin the next day if necessary to get our flowers, hand delivered our beautifully made bouquets right to the venue -- and all for an incredibly affordable price! I would give her TEN stars if I could! Actually, there's not any number of stars that could appropriately value the level of incredible service and love and care that we got from Rachel Ann. I tried not to focus of the superficial details of my wedding, but I shudder to think of what might have happened if Rachel Ann had not been there for us -- so THANK YOU SO MUCH!!"

"What a wonderful business! I called Flora Vistas in a panic after 1-800-Flowers called me a few hours before an arrangement was to be delivered, saying they could no longer fulfill the order. The woman who answered at Flora Vistas was so sweet and genuine. She was able to put an arrangement together and have it delivered within a few hours; they saved my mom's birthday!
